2023 Future of Greenland ice Sheet Science (FOGSS) Workshop
Registration is now open for the hybrid 2023 Future of Greenland ice Sheet Science (FOGSS) Workshop. It will take place at the Georgia Institute of Technology campus on Wednesday, March 22, and Thursday, March 23, 2023. There will also be polar software tutorials (e.g., CryoCloud) available on Friday morning. Join us in Atlanta, Georgia to chart future directions for U.S. supported study of the Greenland Ice Sheet, to learn about recent results from your colleagues, and to share yours with them.

The goals of the FOGSS 2023 hybrid meeting include & extend beyond those from 2022:
- Generate a prioritized list of programmatically actionable studies of the Greenland Ice Sheet and funder policy recommendations that this community must undertake to advance understanding of the ice sheet’s future.
- Identify what types of measurements or model developments will help resolve or make progress on the above prioritized list.
